Why leave a legacy to Waymark?

Waymark Trust is the only charity in east Kent which offers professional counselling regardless of people's ability to pay. Since our founding twenty years ago we have supported thousands of people who have been in distress and who have been struggling to cope with their lives

Why we need your help

Few of our clients can afford to pay the full cost of providing counselling. Although our counsellors are paid less than the usual rates, and much of our admin is supported by volunteers, we still have many costs and we recieve no money from the NHS or other statutory sources. Because we are dependent on donations from individuals and trusts we need to build up our resources to ensure that we can continue to suppport people when they need us

How your legacy will help

By making a bequest to Waymark, however large or small, you can help ensure that people in Kent will continue to recieve emotioanal and mental support when they need it.. This is a gift from you  that will ensure others will be able to live happier, more secure lives. 

Gifts left to Waymark are tax-free so the money that would have gone to the Inland Revenue will be spent on caring for people in distress. Your gift, however large or small will make a real difference for the future of people in Kent.

Memoriam Gifts

As well as legacies, in memoriam donations are a wonderful tribute to the life of someone who cared for others. Whether you donate instead of giving flowers at the funeral or wish to remember them at special times, these donations will ensure that your loved one's memory will continue through supporting others to have  healthy,  more fulfilled, lives.
